About Gehna
Background
Gehna Stavonin-de Montagnac is interested in technology, artificial intelligence, automation, software and finance — and, underneath all of those, in understanding how complex systems evolve. That interest sits at the intersection of two things: a technical curiosity about how modern tools actually work, and a practical, numbers-first understanding of how businesses run.
This site is where that curiosity gets written down — in the form of articles, observations and working projects, rather than a résumé or a professional profile.
Areas of Interest
- Artificial intelligence — models, agents, and applied use rather than hype.
- Software and automation — how modern tools and workflows get built.
- Business and finance — the systems and numbers behind how businesses run.
- Emerging technology — new tools worth understanding early, not just late.
- Health as a system, not an afterthought — the view that clear thinking and good work rest on the same basic biological foundations as everything else, and that energy and balance are worth taking as seriously as intellect.
Currently Exploring
A recurring habit behind this site is experimenting directly with new technology rather than only reading about it — testing AI tools and models hands-on, building small working projects, and documenting what actually holds up in practice versus what only sounds good in a press release. Recent focus has included AI-assisted software development, automation workflows and open-weight AI models.
